Angela Pickett is an experienced, approachable sales page and website copywriter with stellar communication and organisational skills.
After 15 years working as a diplomat in Australia, China and Vietnam, Angela traded expat life for the Barossa. She discovered the skills that made her a successful diplomat - superior communications, attention to detail, the ability to connect with people and problem solving –made her an excellent copywriter.
Working closely with clients in business, government and not-for-profits, Angela delivers clear, honest advice and straight talking copy. Working closely with her clients, she transforms ideas into logical, ordered arguments to create high-quality sales pages and website content.
Initially, the thought of sales page copywriting made Angela feel queasy. She hated the idea of coming across as a sneaky, sleazy salesperson.
But she eventually realised that sales pages are simply another way to have a conversation with a prospective client.
Angela discovered that well-written, well-structured sales pages can transform website visitors into committed customers. She has written sales pages for service packages, courses, memberships and even subscription boxes.
In 2025, Angela and sales page designer Elise Doyle are teaming up to run online workshops, helping business owners create their own sales page magic.
Outside of copywriting, Angela wears many hats, including aspiring romance writer, cellar door host, community volunteer and avid reader.
